American Rare Earths promotes Nick Lissolo to CCO as it advances Nasdaq listing strategy

American Rare Earths Ltd (ASX:ARR, OTCQX:ARRNF) has promoted Nick Lissolo to chief commercial officer, putting him in charge of the company's push toward a Nasdaq listing and the broader commercialization of its Halleck Creek project in Wyoming.
Lissolo joined American Rare Earths in March 2026 as vice president of corporate development and strategy. He steps into the CCO role immediately, with oversight of US investor relations, commercial partnerships and the evaluation of the project's full land package.
The appointment signals a sharper focus on the US side of the business as American Rare Earths prepares to take its rare earth development story to American public markets. In his new position, Lissolo will work with the chief financial officer and legal advisers on listing structure and readiness for the proposed Nasdaq pathway.
His mandate also includes leading negotiations with potential commercial partners tied to the proposed mine-to-magnet strategy, which is designed to produce rare earth oxide and neodymium-praseodymium magnet feed from Halleck Creek. That plan has become a central piece of US efforts to build a domestic rare earth supply chain and reduce reliance on foreign processing.
Lissolo also becomes the company's main liaison with Wyoming officials and stakeholders involved in permitting, land access and community support for the Cowboy State Mine, the project's planned initial development. He continues to lead the Whole of Property Development Assessment, which is examining broader development opportunities across state and federal land within the wider Halleck Creek area.
Before joining American Rare Earths, Lissolo spent more than a decade at Newmont Corp., where he held roles in project evaluation, financial reporting and analysis, and South America controllership. Most recently he served as head of evaluation modelling, global, leading capital allocation analysis across Newmont's portfolio. During that time, he worked on financial models for projects valued from US$100 million to US$5 billion, supporting investment, divestment and portfolio decisions across the mining major.
A Wyoming native and University of Wyoming graduate with a bachelor's degree in management and a minor in finance, Lissolo's background spans mining finance, project evaluation and capital allocation—skills that align with American Rare Earths' twin goals of developing Halleck Creek and securing a US listing.
Chief executive Mark Wall said Lissolo had already become an important part of the senior leadership team, and the expanded role reflected the company's focus on its Nasdaq process, US partnerships and the broader Halleck Creek landholding.
Lissolo said his priorities would include moving the Nasdaq process forward, building partnerships to support a domestic mine-to-magnet supply chain, and deepening ties with Wyoming stakeholders and US investors.
No additional material terms were attached to the appointment beyond ordinary executive arrangements, the company said.
